Delta Hearing - Lakewood Ranch

On Nov. 18th, at the Lakewood Ranch office, Stefan gave me a very thorough hearing test and provided a printed chart showing each ear’s weakness. He valiantly tried to tune up my working hearing aids, but as they are 7 years old it was not possible. His personable and welcoming demeanor made this examination a relatively pleasant experience. I am planning to be reevaluated again next year, and would highly recommend this office.

Stefan removed the wax in my right ear, so that I can somewhat hear again. He made a hearing test easy to take. We talked about Hearing aids. That's where I am now. Stefan made the visit easy to follow.

I am considering purchasing new hearing aids and went to Delta Hearing (Lakewood Ranch) for consulatation. Stephan was great. He was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He provided me with a loaner pair of hearing aids to try for 2 weeks to see how they worked for me. If I prefer a different brand at that time, he will then let me try a different pair. There was no pressure to purchase anything or even to purchase a specific brand. I had a very good experience and will certainly purchase my next (3rd) pair of hearing aids at Delta Hearing.

I was amazed on how much information Mr Peabody gave me on Hearing Aids and my Tinnitus issue. He was very professional and friendly. I hope to continue doing relying on him to help me through me challenging time.
