When my doctor's office didn't reply to MedRx's refill request for my migraine medication, I was in the middle of what turned out to be a 13 hour migraine. When they finally got approval, they noticed the particular prescription needed to be ordered and I wouldn't get it until the next day. The woman I spoke to found out I was experiencing a migraine, called my Dr's office and was able get and deliver a prescription that they did have in stock that day. Above and beyond.
