I cannot tell you how grateful I am for my nurse and doctor I had last night. I was able to address all my concerns. They both took their time made me not feel stressed or anxious. They truly cared! I knew I was in good hands! I literally cried because I have never felt like any doctor would Take the time and actually listen and try to fix the issues I was having.It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor ear nurse, especially here on this island. They had so many people they were trying to take care of. I felt like they did it in a timely in an efficient manner. I was in and out within 3 hours. Prescriptions were already sent to a pharmacy, and my worries and concerns were completely addressed. If I could leave 10 stars I would! If you need to go to the ER, I highly r

QUEENS WEST STAFF Our visit was 12/4/25 - 12/5/25 checked in about 10:00 am or so. My daughter felt unusual pain and symptoms were happening inside of her. That the symptoms were not normal. We felt she needed Emergency Room attention. What she thought was perhaps a UTI. It wasn’t that. Tests and more tests were done. Step by step things were being checked and eliminated through this visit. Finally, they came to her appendix. She had several symptoms that were causing us concern before choosing ER. (Once she said nausea, that told me ER. ) So a doctor finally came to see her because they believed she had caught an early sign of an appendix infection. All this is being shared because we are very thankful to EVERYONE at Queens West that had any hand in helping us through the whole ordeal.

Absolutely terrible service. We waited FOUR hours for my husband to get a few simple stitches. He had a pretty deep wound — nothing life-threatening, but definitely urgent enough that we expected basic, timely care. Instead, we spent 3 long hours just waiting for a nurse to clean the wound, and then another full hour waiting for someone to finally come in and stitch him up. What made it worse is that the ER wasn’t even busy. Nurses and doctors were walking around, talking, and taking other patients who arrived after us. We completely understand that some cases are more emergent than others, but the lack of urgency, communication, and overall care was incredibly disappointing. We weren’t asking for much — just a quick in-and-out for a couple stitches. Instead, we left frustrated, tired,

Visited the ENT Dr again, at Queen's West in Ewa. I really enjoy coming to this hospital instead of driving into town to Queens Punchbowl. The parking is way better, and less congested here at Queen's West. My Dr and his staff really show they care about their patients. I have had many test done here, and to have people treat you with kindness, and care. It really means a lot. They even found the cause of my thyroid issue, and it was resolved. Now, I'm back just for a follow-up. The staff here at the hospital are friendly and really make me feel at ease. Dr Theler is an awesome Otolaryngologist!! If you are looking for a specialist in ENT (ear, nose, and throat) I would definitely recommend Dr. Theler and his staff at Queen's West.....

I would like to thank QUEENS WEST very much for the great experience during the stay of my husband in this hospital . From ER to 3rd floor all doctors and nurses down to the housekeepers did their excellent job.
