I had a cleaning appointment scheduled for January 16 that I needed to cancel. I called on January 12 and 13, but the phone rang repeatedly with no answer. I was eventually placed on hold for about 15 minutes, and no one came back on the line. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but I made a mental note to try again the next day. On January 14, I was unable to call due to the Verizon outage. When I called again today, a woman answered, and I explained that I needed to cancel my appointment and apologized for it. She mentioned a $50 cancellation fee. I wanted to explain that I had tried to cancel in advance but was unable to get through, and while I wasn’t overly concerned about the fee, I wanted to let her know to see if she would understand, in case it could be waived. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Freeman’s practice back in 2010. They are ethical, excellent and no nonsense. There are many dentists in the South Metro who are not.

I’ve been going here for a while, but wanted to write a review because my experience this morning was lovely. The atmosphere is always great, however today I had outstanding treatment. Unfortunately I forget the name of the lady who helped me but she was amazing. She was very gentle with her care and provided me with great feedback so I can treat my teeth better. She was very knowledgeable and gave me more feedback than the normal “floss more.” Dr. Kelly wasn’t here today and the lady who helped me still provided me with great service and insight. Christen at the front was also very welcoming and helpful! This is a wonderful practice, everyone was very friendly and considerate. This was my first visit to this office and I cannot say enough about my hygienist, Ashley. I hadn't had a cleaning in a long time and have several dental issues I was worried about, she was very thorough and did not make me feel judged for letting my dental care fall behind. She helped me come up with a plan to get back on track and have my dental needs met. She also discussed my financial concerns and my insurance coverage with me which was extremely helpful. She was gentle during my cleaning and asked if I needed to take breaks, particularly since I have had several jaw surgeries so keeping my mouth open for extended periods of time is very uncomfortable and painful.
