The Pharmacy @ HIMG

This pharmacy has let me down in several occasions. My doctor called in a prescription to this pharmacy at 9am on 1/22 and it still wasn't ready on 1/23. They offered no alternative solutions, cash pay options or any reason as to why it wasn't ready. The customer counter help is not friendly and not helpful. I'm transferring everything to CVS.

Wouldn’t waste my time at this pharmacy. I called to see if they had a medicine in stock they said yes. So I transferred it to them. Go to pick it up. They refused to fill the whole prescription. So now I have to pay more to get the rest at a later date. Useless and a horrible experience

Great, friendly staff, very helpful only issue was one of my prescription was 5 pills short, but they quickly fixed!

Been a long time customer here, I've always gotten along well with the staff until recently, I don't know if they got new Management or what, but their attitudes with me have gotten pretty negative and they act like I'm a huge bother to them when I call, they're short and repeat the same things to me over and over, kind of disappointing, told me I needed permission to refill a prescription early got the ok from my Dr.'s office so I wait to get the refill filled and then they decide that that's not good enough they needed to hear it from the actual Dr. So I waited for 15 minutes for nothing and my Dr had already left for the day.

Horrible service, only refilled my meds once. Don’t use the HIMG pharmacy
