I love shopping at local places! The staff here is always very friendly and super helpful.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened. Even stayed with them when I moved because I valued the service I always got. I called in my refills as normal 3 days ago but this time I got a call saying they would no longer fill my prescriptions be because my health insurance was not paying them and they were losing money. I asked if they would fill my meds ine more time to give me time to figure where to take them and they denied my request but assured me they would help me find someplace. I was assured that I would get a call back before 5 pm. We'll of course the call never came and when I tried to get my meds at the pharmacy they were supposed to make sure everything was OK, well of course it was not. I work 3rd shift and stayed up all day trying to get my medicine all to no avail. Onc

Connie, Amy, and Heather are always pleasant to assist in our prescriptions. Portia, the owner and Pharmacist has gone out of way to assist with our family needs. We are grateful for this hometown favorite.

The Pharm House is awesome! I have used a lot of pharmacies in my life but I have never been to one that is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Portia Thompson helped me get a prescription transferred on short notice. She helped with the other pharmacy and insurance to get it done efficiently and effectively. At another occasion, she took the time to go over in detail what medications were in a RX so that I could know what exactly I was taking and the effects of each component. Rarely, do you find someone that takes the time to work with you and explains medications so well. Every time I am at the Pharm House, the staff is so friendly and works so hard to take care of everyone. Floyd is blessed to have the Pharm House! Thank you Portia Thompson and staff!
