Henritze Dental Group - Floyd

Our family has been going here for years since the kids were fairly young but today was our three year old’s first dentist visit and it went so well! I always hype up excitement about the dentist but there was hardly a need because the staff was top notch in making sure she had a great visit! She was all smiles the whole time! Dr. Copeland is also fantastic working with and communicating with the smallest patients. I know she will be excited to come back for her next cleaning!

My first visit to Dr. Copeland and her staff in Floyd was fabulous. My hygienist Bailey was just so nice and so careful with my teeth. She explained everything going on clearly. Dr. Copeland is down to earth and approachable. She, too, communicated clearly. I actually enjoyed the hour that I spent in the office with them. And did I mention that the office itself is really attractive and pleasant and a place that makes you feel comfortable. This is my new dentist for sure.

Everyone in the Henritze Dental Group Office in Floyd is wonderful! The two women at the front desk are very friendly and attentive when interacting with them. My hygienist (who I've had in the past) is great! She does a thorough job on cleaning my teeth and even all the X-rays taken today....she made it comfortable through the process. Even the short visit with Dr. Copeland....I was very pleased with her to check on my teeth as well as discuss what I'm going through with the dental procedure with Dr. Hunt. The office staff and all are doing an absolute great job here in Floyd! Have a wonderful Holiday season!!

The dentist was great! I had two fillings. The numbing went perfect. There was no discomfort during the fillings. She was polite, informative and respectful. The fillings seem to be good which time will tell that for certain. Highly recommend!

I have been to a few dentists in my lifetime but I have to tell you this.. Dr. Copeland and all of her staff are the BEST!!! When I first went I was amazed on how nice and caring they were to me no matter what! I honestly thought I was gonna need more dental work that they would send me somewhere else but oh no these amazing ladies took me in and made me look like a different person and I was so amazed that I could laugh and smile without hiding my mouth!! I would give them 100 million stars if I could! I also have to say this, the sweet girl that does the scheduling and checking in is amazing! The quote she gave me was 💯 on point! If anyone looking for a dentist please go here you will not be disappointed I promise you!!
