The Pets Place Animal Hospital

The staff and doctor exude friendliness and kindness. I phoned this morning to inquire about bringing my dog in for a walk-in and they assured me it was possible. Despite being a walk-in, we were promptly attended to. The level of customer service is truly exceptional!

I would like to say Thank You to Dr, B and his staff Connor and Jessica for their friendliness, and provided us with great customer service. The building is new and beautiful the office cleanliness is amazing.We did not have to wait no more than 5 minutes when we arrived to get checked in. Dr "B" took his time to explain what my concerns were regarding my Diego. Dr "B" he was in no rush he made sure to explain everything well . Connor was so awesome he made sure my Diego was not scared of him. Thank you Connor that was so kind of you to give my Diego a toy. Also for making Diego feel comfortable around you. I will deferentially refer The Pets Place Animal Hospital to my family members and friends.

I been going to Pets place since 2019. I rescued my puppy from Mary Robert’s shelter in Riverside he was a couple weeks old. Since then I been with pets place. I have seen it change & expand to the beautiful new building it is now. It use to be just that little building (The pack house now). I just love it here. I have always had good experiences. I just recently been boarding him here and let me tell you my pup had a heck of a good time I could tell the difference. He was happy and loved all the staff here. I use to take him to The Ruff house resort in Riverside and after a few bad experience there I took my business else where. I love the activities they do and it’s more hands on at The pack house. My pup comes home with paw print Art work that I LOVE! They take good care of my Kali. Tha

This is a great vet. They truly care about the animals and the owners. They don't push extra unneeded services on you. They are very knowledgeable and doctors take the time to address any concerns you have, never making you feel rushed. This was our first appointment with our dog and I am so glad we changed vets and started coming here!

This is hands down the best vet clinic I've ever been to! I have 2 dogs and 1 cat who have been getting their care here for a few years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The doctors are kind and knowledgeable. They always explain the treatment they are recommending and why, without high pressure. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality of care they give. My Chihuahua had surgery here last year, and the staff was great every step of the way, even calling the day after her procedure to see how she was doing. Won't take my pets anywhere else!
