The Permanent Cosmetic Place

Judy did an excellent job with my permanent eyeliner. I get complimented on my makeup all the time. It's not exactly pleasant to have your eyelids tattooed, but she makes the process easy and straightforward, with appropriate numbing during the procedure and a post care package and instructions out the door. I was also pleasantly surprised that she proactively reached out to me before my 1-year mark to make sure I came in for my free follow-up if I wanted it. If permanent cosmetics are something you're interested in getting, I highly recommend coming here.

Judy was amazing and still remains to be! She is soo kind, easy to talk to and very respectful of you. The work she has done has been terrific. I won’t go to anyone else. I’ve been to a few eyeliner artists and Judy by far has been the best. I definitely recommend her and she will be my life long eyeliner artist. Judy is amazing at what she does. She always makes me feel so comfortable and absolutely does not rush the process. I love how particular she is when drawing the brows and that she takes as much time as both of us feel is necessary to perfect them. She is extremely professional and personable. My mom and sister also go to Judy for brows/liner and none of us will ever go to anyone else. Judy is the only person I would ever recommend for permanent cosmetics.
