I would have given it one star, but I will give it two stars because I usually do not have any problems. However, I arrived twelve minutes late, assuming, like other doctor's offices, a fifteen-minute grace period is allowed. To my surprise, the receptionist and medical aide informed me that CPNP Megan Dowling stated we would have to reschedule due to their ten-minute grace period policy. Does this mean we could not be seen because of a two-minute difference? With no other patients present, that seems excessive. I ended up rescheduling with someone else, and I'm glad we did.

I took my granddaughter here for a sick visit. She had been nauseous, stomach hurting and we wanted to know what the rash around her mouth was. The doctor thats saw her they had absolutely no patience. Even though my granddaughter had said her stomach hurt, she told the doctor it didn't. I explained that as her father and I have joint custody of her, I would need to have something from them to explain her condition to him. She wrote out her notes on two scraps of paper in very small print. When I asked if it can be redone larger and with simpler words. She told me she doesnt have time and hurried us out. We have been coming here for 2.5 years and today I felt like dropping a review because a lot of reviews on here are mixed. Maybe this will be helpful. In that time we have seen many providers and nurses, and we have seen some at other locations when necessary. It’s been a bit up and down in the past, some iffy encounters, but in the last year we have not had issues and we’re really happy with the care. It really depends on the provider. We now see Dr. Chun and he is awesome. He provides the perfect balance of friendliness with technical information and his approach is the least judgmental and least biased (in terms of “what a parent should do”) that we have experienced here (we have only ever been with this practice). Been bringing my children here for years, when it pertain to the nurses and doctors their great. My preferred location is the laburnum office. However I’m finding for the pass several times of calling for a sick visit different occasions for my children, it’s impossible to book at my preferred location. The young ladies who answer the phone before the office open don’t even seem to look, because it’s instant they stay it’s booked. Now I obviously don’t work there and don’t know how this is determined, but by how fast they respond when I say “good morning, I’m calling for a sick visit, preferably at the laburnum office” it a instant response, “their booked”. I have been coming to the office since my teenager was a month old. Dr. Schneider was the doctor who first seen my child and only pediatrician who figured out what was going on with him. Needless to say I switched him and now both of my boys go to The Pediactric Center. Every doctor and nurse we have seen were great and knowledgeable. Ive never experienced any issues with the staff in office or on the phone. I have always gotten my questions answered from the front desk to the back office. Each person I’ve spoken to have been extremely kind and considerate regarding my boys. I’m not a rude person nor get offended easily by others.
