The Pediatric Center

We love the Pediatric Center! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Both of our boys see Dr. Brittany Hoke and if she ever goes elsewhere, we WILL be following her. She cares so deeply about her patients and it always shows during our visits - she is attentive, loving, patient and has such a calming energy.

We started going to The Pediatric Center after transferring from another practice, and it has been such a refreshing change. The office is well-organized, the staff is consistently friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. We really appreciate the separation of well and sick visit areas — it’s a thoughtful touch that gives extra peace of mind. Everyone we've encountered has been so kind to our 1.5-year-old, which helps him feel completely at ease during visits. They genuinely interact with the kids and make the experience positive from start to finish. I recently had to call on a weekend and was connected with a nurse who was incredibly helpful and thorough in answering my questions. That kind of care really stands out. If you're leaving a review based on a 30 second interaction with the front desk staff, you're missing the point of reviewing a doctor's office. I personally like this office a lot, they have sick appointments available when you need them, doctors and nurses are all welcoming and friendly and it never takes a long time to get through an appointment. I would recommend them to a new family looking and Dr. Mcewan is our favorite.

My 3 year old and 8 month old have been going to the pediatric center at Columbia since they were born. Everyone, front desk, nurses, and doctors have always been friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. I’ve about seen every nurse and doctor and thank goodness they’ve always been super sweet to my children, and compassionate to this first time mom. They’ve always answered my questions patiently. Additionally, front desk and schedule dept have gone the extra mile many times to accommodate us. The nurse line that operates after hours (24 hours) has always had same type of nurses giving advice over the phone. The lab work technicians are kind but I agree with another reviewer that one of them was very rough on little ones. Overall, I highly recommend this office!

The front desk can be brusque, but there have been different people there lately and they are super friendly and helpful. The doctors themselves are wonderful. We often need to reschedule appointments so we have ended up seeing several different doctors. Drs Silber, Saini, and Chang were all wonderful - they helped us navigate through some serious health issues. Would easily recommend them!
