IF I COULD GIVE 1000 NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! This is the ABSOLUTELY WORSE facility for patients who need rehabilitation I have ever seen. My dad left the hospital on a Thursday. We went 3 times (2hr drive 1 way) ourselves (Mom and I ) and had other family members there on the days we couldn't be. He was NEVER showered, never was able or helped to brush his teeth. When they brought his meals, they didnt even push the tray up so he could get to it. Him and the patient in the same room would push the help button and it would take at a minimum of 30 to an hour for them to respond when he needed to use the bathroom. He had fallen before hospital stay (for both lung pulmonary embolisms) and had a big 6x4" raw skin peeled back. And they had not checked it, or changed the bandage. Their reasonin

This facility is AMAZING!! We have a friend who has been staying here for about a year now. He LOVES it there!! He says it is a very warm place to be!! Yesterday afternoon, we were visiting, and also were invited to the “Happy Hour” they provided. There was live music and dancing, and the room was filled to the brim!! It was SO much fun for everyone, including myself too!! We did have lunch there, the choices offered on the menu really surprised me, and the food was outstanding!! The dining room, food and service made us feel like we were in one of the finest restaurants in town!! You folks really have, providing a place for Seniors, down!! The amount of activities, the “field trips”, and so many other amenities you provide really assures me that our friends is in the right place!!

I have had a good experience in the past, now, not good at all with communications since Nelson is no longer there. My mom is in hospice and I call all the time to check her status. No one answers the phone in the nurses station. Now I ask if she is on the roster for the day with the operator because I do not know if she is alive or passed away. It is very upsetting. One of the days I called over 10x just to find anyone. Finally, just asked the operator. The operator was very nice, but only knew if she was on the daily list. I don't know what else to do. I have left messages with the director many times. Relieved one message and then calling with no one available. It is already very upsetting. I just keep trying for 4 weeks now, off and on I call when I can to see if I can reach a nurs

I moved my very elderly (late 90s) mother from Brookdale to The Peaks in fall of 2023 because there were so many problems with getting the staff at Brookdale to implement my mother's (very minimal) care plan. I read the great reviews of The Peaks and when I toured the facility I was impressed. It's gorgeous. Do not let the beautiful facility fool you. In the six months since my mother has been at The Peaks they have failed repeatedly to do simple, but absolutely necessary, things such as helping her with compression socks that are ordered by her primary care provider and written in her care plan. Even though we are paying for medication management and supervision, they have left medication in her room for her to take "on her own" (which she didn't). According to their own policy, they are

Sometimes people give bad reviews for a place like this when they had a bad experience. Sometimes the people who had good experiences don't take the time to write. My father was here at the Peaks for a few months before he passed. They treated him like he was all their fathers. When he got sick, the whole staff cried. I personally have lived in independent living myself thinking it would be like the Peaks while living in Albuquerque, and I was terribly mistaken. The Peaks is amazing. You know, sometimes, you don't know what you got until it is gone. This is a fantastic place. Trust me, I tried 3 places myself and perhaps I may come to the Peaks and move back to Flag. I would give you 10+ stars if I could. It was so wonderful to see how much you cared for my father, Frank Anthony Sibbio♥
