The blood draw tech Bria is amazing, I didn't even feel the needle. I highly recommend this place, easy in and out...the front desk staff could use some fine tuning but the blood draw matters more to me and that was great!! Ty

We went on March 4 and the tech was awful. While she was drawing blood she removed the needle and injectied it again . But I didn’t find out until we left that is when my granddaughter said something. Then I was told to remove her stool sample out of the plastic tote and she gave me the stickers to put on it then put it back in the tote. Like excuse me ma’am but isn’t this your job. Put gloves on and take care of your business. Plus they are all rude at the check in window. If you aren’t happy with your job find one where you can be.

Very rude and unprofessional!!! Literally had one of them say to the other one just do it if you blow the vein, it just blows. I was disgusted by the statement and the attitude. I will never have labs done there again. They need to address their staff on how to treat people professionally.

Very well established, and respected business. Employees are always friendly, courteous, and professional. Time in and out was less than 15 minutes.

Every time I have to go for labs there is a phlebotomist who is rude, unprofessional and creates a tense, unpleasant environment for both her coworkers and patients. I’m an RN and respect all medical personnel however she needs an inservice on customer service. Going forward I will bring my business to the hospital lab.
