The Owego Pharmacy

Tried using this pharmacy To get away from corporate pharmacies Especially when I read the reviews and said that It was a good place. I Called them to see if it was ready and the woman who answers the phone is blatantly rude after asking her is the medication there and ready to be picked up she says to me (what about it )? Told me that they can’t fill it is because they lose money on it but they corresponded with my physician saying that the medication is ready for pickup but is expensive thinking that I can’t afford it. I informed her that patients do have HRA accounts, which is a health savings account that do pay for high cost prescriptions. Don’t appreciate the way that I was spoke to like she acted like it was a bother. Customer Service is terrible. I understand if you don’t want to

I have been going to The Owego Pharmacy for many years now and I have to say I would never go anywhere else. what else can I say except for they are the best.I highly recommend The Owego pharmacy

They are so nice 🙂👍 I like the Owego pharmacy, they have books and all kinds of stuff you can get from there, VeggieTales items for kids and a little area for toys and books to buy . You just feel comfortable walking in and leaving as well. Great customer service as well.

It has a drive-thru, and a nice people. And a clean store. What's not to like

A very good pharmacy. A family business. The people are great , kind, helpful. They hire great people at checking out. I love this pharmacy.
