Hiawatha Dental Center

She is rude to her employee's and patients. And the person at the front desk lied to me about accepting my insurance, now after $500 of work I found out they're out of network for my insurance. That is half my fault, I should have called my insurance and checked with them and not trusted this office. I will not be returning or suggesting Hiawatha dental to anyone.

I went here a year ago. The Dentist was rude and because she assumed I was poor did not make me feel welcomed there. Told me to go to the college and let the students clean my teeth. I am on a fixed income. I paid my bill that day with my own money. (Don’t judge a book by its cover), I needed a tooth pulled she did not wait for my mouth to be numb and proceeded to yank my tooth out which hurt very much even for days after. Yes the only good thing is they got me in that day. But just because it cost so much to have a tooth pulled. So they made there money. She made fun of me and I don’t appreciate that. I will never return no matter what I will never recommend either. I guess they cater to rich people only. They have horrible manners. Avoid this place if you are low income.

Would personally recommend! I had to have two emergency extractions as a self pay patient. I called numerous dentists and they were outrageously priced and didnt have an appointment for weeks. The ladies in the office were very kind to my needs and got me in asap! They were extremely reasonably priced and made sure I was comfortable at every step!

Dr. Pamela and her staff are great! Made an emergency appointment and received same day care. Highly recommend them!
