I was referred to this place from my Doctor 1st time I call this same young lady tells me we can not see you unless you have had 2 tests so I take a 2nd day off work to go be retested and then go back to my doctor a 2nd time who then referred me again and this time the same horrible manner girl that told me to go through all these extra steps decides to tell me this time that she will not make appointment this time cause my test scores came up higher. The girl that makes appointments for the clinic should not be doing it she a she is very combative with patients and would rather not help you. She is the most rotten person I have ever dealt with im shocked she works for a clinic because clearly she has no personality. Keep in mind this is after waiting on the phone for over a half hour thi

I had been passed over to Dr Jaing when my Dr's wife went into labor a month early. Dr Jaing cleared a spot for me in his schedule for my robotic prostatectomy, my Gleason score was a 9 so a serious cancer. He explained everything very well and I went into surgery nervous but clear-eyed. Afterward Dr Jaing was very attentive and the results were much better than I expected. I had my first post-op PSA test the other day and the Dr messaged me at 9pm that evening, when he got the results, to say that my PSA was undetectable, I am cancer free. Having a cancer that is in the Gleason Grade Group 5 means that there is a higher risk of reoccurrence and we will deal with that if and when it happens, but as of now I. don't. have. cancer. I could not be happier.

They were set for my Elogard shot but thought it was too soon for the catheter replacement. I explained that was in the hospital and as I left the nurse replaced my catheter but in final hook-up noticed it was a three way not a two way catheter. I asked they leave it for now as I was afraid repeted insertion would start bleeding again. This was the first opportunity to get the catheter changed to the correct one. Nurse agreed. All went well. Good job.
