The Oasis at Galleria

My great grandma loves it here!!! There is always something eventful going on for the residents. Also the staff is very inviting. I recommend this place to anyone every chance I get! Keep up the great work!

Oasis has an exceptional team of professionals who truly care for their residents. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always ensures that my loved one receives the best possible care. I have complete trust that my Pop Pop is in good hands. Any questions or concerns I have are always addressed promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Oasis for anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.

Came in for a tour and I knew instantly this place is just right for my Mother. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly and the facility is clean and smells pleasant…They also offer in house dialysis and Physical Therapy which is a huge Plus for me and my family.. Throughly satisfied thus far..

This place has poor care, if you call you will never get through, has a memory care unit with no memory care activities director, the patients are unkept due to lack of supplies and staff one staff to 17 memory care residents. This place also has a tracheotomy hall with most of the time one aid and two nurses who do not help their aids, the long term care halls are even worse. Please if you love your family don’t put them in this God forsaken place that operates only for a profit it’s so bad the owner comes in and literally makes the whole place sick to the point a resident died

Staffing isn't a thing.. meaning they're understaffed and questionable qualifications with current staff. Unprofessional and don't care about the elderly.
