The New Pediatric Dental Care of Greater Orlando Inc

I couldn't have asked to find a better dentist for my kiddo. I called Dr. Taylor's office last week, just before closing, in need of an urgent appointment. My daughter was seen the next day for images, a cleaning, and treatment plan. She was excited to come back to the dentist today! Dr. Taylor explained everything he was going to do and showed her how it would feel. She has ADHD and can experience sensory isses, so this was really helpful. Dr. Taylor and Kevin paid attention to changes in her body language and kept checking in to make sure she was doing okay. Thank you for treating my daugher with respect, patience, and care.

We love Dr. Taylor. He is great with the kids and is truly passionate about what he does. He takes time to show kids how to better take care of their teeth. You know he is great when your kid tells you that he is so excited to go to the dentist and see Dr. Taylor!

My children have been going here for 6 years and it’s always a great experience. Dr. Taylor takes his time and communicates thoroughly with the patients and parents.

Dr Taylor has been my oldest son’s dentist since he was 3! And he is now13. And my youngest son is now seeing him at 3! He is the best pediatric dentist! His Staff is always polite, friendly and locations are always clean and organized! I highly recommend dr Taylor for your little ones!

We had an appointment scheduled but unfortunately the clinic booked three patients for the same time slot, which left us waiting for a long period. This was especially difficult with a child, who understandably does not have the same patience as an adult. I suggested to the front desk that patients should be notified in advance of possible delays, since families also have their own schedules to manage. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or apology from the front desk which felt unprofessional and lacking in customer service.
