I just wanted to say how much the staff meant to my family. From the first day, they treated my grandpa with respect and real kindness. The nurses and staff were always patient with him, even on his harder days, and they made sure he was comfortable and cared for. Whenever I visited, the staff would greet us, update us on how he was doing, and make us feel welcome. It didn’t feel cold or rushed, it felt like they actually cared. Seeing the way they talked to him and helped him made me feel better knowing he was in good hands. I’m really grateful for the attention and compassion they showed my grandfather and my family during that time.

The food was good, and the service throughout the facility was excellent. Anytime I had a concern or needed help, I could call the concierge, and he was always there for me.
