The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

New employees? Been getting meds here for quite awhile. Most of same people up until a few months ago. All different now. Last 2 times(last two months) meds not ready when go to pickup and last month they were called in 5 days before I went to pickup and guess what, not ready. Not sure what’s going on but if it continues will find another pharmacy

I've been coming to this place for over 1015 years. Never had any problems. But now I'm not customer service is a big one. I'm actually considering changing

Very nice customer service always call and tell me when my meds are due. Always call and tell me when they’re ready would absolutely recommend for good service.

I was in there months ago and a gentleman was in front of me and we all had waited. Maybe 15 minutes and the two employees working we’re helping people in the drive-through. The gentleman in front of me asked “is there anybody else that could come out here to help” and the pharmacist lost it on this customer, he said, do you have any more stupid questions to ask and if you wouldn’t just stand there and stare at us maybe you all would get some help, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. There was like 10 of us all waiting all ages and they began questioning him on why he is talking to somebody like that? He was rude to everybody. I ended up walking out and I could still hear him yelling at the other customers waiting.

I called 4 pharmacies around town looking for help with a pediatric patient who needed some special medication flavoring before I got to them at the recommendation of another pharmacy. Katie was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
