The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

I absolutely love the Medicine Shoppe, I was previously required to use another pharmacy in town that was just an absolute horror. So, when I happened across this pharmacy for a random prescription, I was very relieved at how kind everyone is and how quickly I'm able to get my prescriptions and my sons' many prescriptions. I highly recommend the Medicine Shoppe. I've been using them for almost a year now and go at least once a month for meds.

Love it here! Casey sat on the phone with me and insurance for over 30min to sort out an absolute mess that she had obligations to help me fix. They’re so fast and kind.

I had a compound medicine filled here twice. The first time I was able to wait for it. The second time, which was about a week later, I dropped it off in the drive-thru on a Friday, and said I’ll be back Monday. So they didn’t have to rush it. Monday, when I called to check on it, they told me they didn’t realize it was a compound. And it will be ready the next day. When I called to make sure it was ready the next day, they told me they were out of the ingredients to make it, and it wouldn’t be ready until Friday. At this point, 4 days had passed since it was prescribed, and I asked for it to be sent to another pharmacy. I was a bit upset that each time I had to reach out to the pharmacy. Communication was very poor. I was considering transferring pharmacies, but now I decided against it.

Not only is their customer service top tier, but the pharmacists are super personable, and remember me and my family and or health history. Delivery is an amazing perk too. Unlike other pharmacies we’ve used to fill prescriptions, the staff truly cares about their job and have actually caught two issues that might have harmed my kids. 15/10 recommend!

Changing pharmacies after 25 years was a little scary. I went in to talk with the owners/pharmacist Matt and Lauren after a referral from a good friend before taking the leap of faith. The owners, Matt and Lauren were very responsive to mine and my families needs. The entire staff goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. Same day refills are the norm but I have never waited longer than 15 minutes for an emergency refill or new prescription to be filled. I highly recommend this pharmacy. 5 stars
