The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

Took over 10min for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. I was going to get it delivered but they took so long even though I live 2min away, that I decided to pick up myself instead. I had a sick child so I didn’t have time to wait all day for the delivery. Girl asked if I had any questions yet when I asked made me feel stupid and gave a short answer. Closest neighborhood pharmacy but will not be coming back, isn’t worth the service.

I was having issues getting my one prescription filled so I called them and the customer service I received was outstanding, they got my prescription ordered and to my surprise they came to my door with my prescription within a day. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and I am really considering switching all my medication to them, thank you for your great customer service and helping me get my medication so quickly.

I'm on hospice, I have a port a cath and they gave us the wrong needles twice. When we spoke to the guy over the phone for the first mess up, he said yes we have an 18 gage port needle. They gave us 8, 25 gage IM needles, the ones they use for shots. The guy who dropped off the 25 gage needles said "we are 24 hour service" my hospice nurse and I called 9 times and they would not answer. I am 22 and on hospice for bleeding to death, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU WANT INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES TO GIVE YOU THE WRONG SUPPLIES.

Expecting a prescription to prep for a procedure. I was supposed to take a pill before I went to sleep. They never delivered the pills. I stayed up late for them. They took my money but lied to me when they said they'll deliver. I didn't choose this pharmacy. My dentist did and I plan to tell her it was a mistake.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the medicine shoppe pharmacy. I don't really understand why there are so many bad reviews but people should be aware of when their medicines are being filled and whether they want them to be delivered instead of blaming these hardworking pharmacists technicians for their own faults in not being responsible with their own medications. I transferred to this pharmacy two years ago and have not looked back since and they are a pretty good distance from my home but its well worth their high standard of service.
