The Medicine Chest LLC

Please don’t use them. Every time I use them I end up frustrated, even when I choose pickup instead of delivery. For example, I recently picked up my medication and specifically asked if a syringe was included. They told me yes, but when I got home there was no syringe inside. Delivery is even worse. Orders are always late, and there’s no one to properly speak to about the issue. Overall, it’s been a very frustrating experience.

Like a boat without a captain. Dr sent in a prescription Moitze Shabbes never arrived. Telephone service stinks. I guess business is so good b"h that he couldn't care less about customer service. I still wish him lot's of hatzlacha but my advice is to improve and not get old customers turned off and new customers to avoid them.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Medicine Chest. I left the doctor at 12:00 PM. I called Medicine Chest around 2:00 PM, and after waiting on hold for approximately 20 minutes, the representative informed me that my order was out for delivery. I called back at 6:00 PM, and they stated there was a delivery attempt at 1:50 PM with no answer. They offered to redeliver it, but the wait time was approximately 1 hour, or I could pick it up. I chose to pick it up.

Terrible customer service; the longest wait time on the phone ever.

As a medical practioner calling in a script to Medicine Chest Is horrendous. You can.ring the phone for over an hour & be grateful IF they pick up
