The Lodge Health & Rehabilitation Center

The entire staff at The Lodge has been extremely professional & welcoming to my mom & our family as we worked through the process of finding the right place for her, getting her moved in, & in providing quality care for her. Jocelyn Middleton met me at the entrance to a very neat, clean, & well maintained front lobby when I came to tour the facility. She answered all my questions & was very helpful in helping me navigate how the enrollment & insurance processes worked. She also introduced me to nurses & made me feel at ease with them being able, willing, & eager to help my mom. My mom got moved in & she is made progressions + improved daily, The Discharge Coordinator, Sarah, at The Lodge was also very good to with with when it was time to leave. I would recccomend The Lodge to anyone look

I cannot recommend The Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center enough. My experience was made so much better thanks to Jonathan Albert, the Social Service Director. He truly went above and beyond for me on several occasions. Jonathan is incredibly kind, caring, and genuine. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their work and the people they help. It is so meaningful when you have a love one in a health facility to know they are being cared for by kind and caring people. So grateful! Five stars well-deserved!

Very impressed with the staff here. Everyone has been super kind and helpful. My MIL broke her humerus and needed a rehab facility to help her get her strength back and have PT for use of the broken arm. The very first night she had a panic attack and was ready to just leave. The weekend supervisor, Angela Williams, came in like an absolute angel and helped diffuse a stressful and scary situation for my MIL. Her gentle demeanor was exactly what was needed to help calm everyone down. I can’t thank her enough and all the staff so far who have been so kind and supportive. Also, a gentle reminder to anyone reading this review; healthcare is a rapidly changing industry, and many places are understaffed (and not because they want to be), have patience, be kind in return, but don’t be afraid to

Im so happy I found this place for my mother! Its super close to where I live and today with the help from the amazing Jocelyn, my mother was transferred here !! I haven't seen my mom since March because we moved up here to ocala. Jocelyn has been amazing with communication and getting everything ready for mom. All the staff is have meet so far is lovely. I talked to a few residents as well so sweet and a really good community!! They have a whole schedule set with game days, ice cream socials and its just so amazing I couldn't have asked for a better staff to help me take care of my mother the right way !!! ( UPDATE: 12/24/25 My Mother DIED unexpectedly in November. She was found UNRESPONSIVE @ THE LODGE, when a tech finally came around to check on her. My mom developed BED SORES that became & stayed infected because she would sit in a SOILED SHITTY DIAPER for several hours a day. The doctor at HCA said my mother was covered in her own Diarrhea, upon arrival & that Feces had entered her bloodstream, through the untreated & open wounds of the bed sores she had. She died of Sepsis/Septic Shock within a few hours. There are several reasons why my mother is no longer alive, as she had a bone infection of the lower spine. She really needed 24hr care. The Lodge could not facilitate her needs. Her condition became worse, while staying there. She was supposed to have Physical Therapy, but their idea
