The Little Clinic

Got here at 7 pm because I desperately need either an allergy shot or some relief in cough. They say they close at 7:30 pm but wouldn’t let me be seen because the kiosk said no, it was too late. If they close at 7, the hours should say 7 pm. If they close at 7:30 pm, they should see the only person there asking to be seen at 7 pm.

Awful! Took my son there because he had flu symptoms. Didn't bother to take his temperature and prescribed a cough medicine that is on backorder everywhere. I called number on the paper and you get routed to a customer service representative instead of the actual clinic. Will be taking my son elsewhere to be tested for the flu. Very unprofessional!

Went there on Tuesday and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went in for strep and she got my test ran in less than 5 minutes. She was very professional and friendly. She also took the time out of her day today to call and check up on me to make sure I feel better which I have never had happen before. I will never go anywhere else again!

Terrible. The doctor focuses only on the questions and fields her computer asks her instead of understanding the patients point of view. I get sinus infections frequently and she neglected to diagnose me with this because a "metric" on her computer didn't align. 5 days later, I had to go to a new doctor to get an antibiotic for a sinus infection.

I recently visited this facility as of 1/17/24. I was hesitant after all the negative reviews of the providers and receptionist. I saw a male NP and met a male secretary receptionist. They were very polite and the NP was very good with his exam and rationale for everything I reported. Will definitely go back.
