Kroger Pharmacy

This is probably the worst and most rude pharmacy I have ever went through. It’s actually insane, they make it very obvious in their face and tone they hate their jobs. They might not care about other peoples prescriptions bc they’re not the ones taking it, but it’s their job to understand how important it is for some. My prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday. I even called about the refill the day prior to make sure there would be no issues the next day. Never received my text confirming it was ready for pick up. So I call, wait on hold for 20 min. Just for them to tell me, that “their day was full of prescriptions for people with life threatening situations” and that’s why I won’t be able to pickup until tomorrow. They don’t get to decide whose prescriptions are more important,

This might be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They offer zero solutions to any problems I’ve ever had. They leave you on hold for ages almost every time I call. They take forever to get anything ready and the staff just seems complacent and lazy. Truly sucks having to use them. Will be switching over to someone else that’s maybe slightly less terrible as soon as I am able to.

Ridiculous service, rude people work in the pharmacy. Been to this location 3 times trying to get a prescription, closed 2 times during normal business hours, been sitting in the drive through for 45 mins as of now, with a rude woman saying "you'll just have to wait we're busy". My prescription was already ready, i just needed to pay for it and them hand it to me, should take no more than 5 minutes at the very longest. I understand people get busy, but that's called hire additional help. I'm definitely transferring my future prescriptions to another location or company. Now I see why this kroger pharmacy has a 2.6 star review. You see people have the same problems over and over in the reviews. Its been like that for years according to the reviews, which to me means the company (kroger),

I was told that my prescription that I rely on daily in order to stay awake was not ready because she was behind due to projectile vomiting and that she was extremely sick. Excuse me!!! One, that’s not my problem. Two, she shouldn’t be there dealing with patients and handling their medication! I was then hung up on because I assumed she went to throw up. I called back and told her that this was her job and was hung up on again. I had to call Kroger’s customer service to make a complaint and get my medicine pushed through. No apology was given from any one from the pharmacy. So unprofessional!

ABSOLUTE ZERO STARS for this pharmacy's pick-up experience! When I finally reached the front of the line, they told me it wasn't ready yet and would be another 20 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. The staff seemed completely disorganized and unbothered by the long wait times. No apologies, no explanations, just a shrug and a "come back later". The lack of efficiency and customer care is appalling. I've never experienced such a frustrating and disappointing experience at a pharmacy. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. 0 stars isn't enough - I'd give them a negative rating if I could.
