It's hard to understand why some people struggle with the basics of customer service. A simple "How can I help you?" or "I'll be right with you, sir/ma'am" goes a long way. Is it really that difficult to acknowledge a customer and let them know you see them, even if you're busy? I was standing right in front of the counter, yet the young lady never acknowledged me, despite looking up several times. It wasn't until a gentleman from the back office came out for the second time that I was finally asked how he could assist me. Frustrated, I ended up going to CVS instead. Really disappointing service.

The price of a flu/covid test $158. Please make it make sense??? Came in for throat soreness and got sent home with medication I could’ve bought without the consultation! The most they “prescribed” was Mucinex DM. Don’t waste your time coming here. I had to make an appointment with another physician that prescribed me medicine that actually worked!

First off, I waited for over an hour and a half because the person at the front desk couldn’t put my card info in correctly and told me that my insurance was not validated. I repeatedly told the person at the front desk that I knew the card was activated but unfortunately, they refused to do anything to assist me and treated me as though it was my problem. Finally, after logging into my account and actually showing her that my card was indeed active—that is when she finally took action and put my card in again and told me that my card was working now. (Yes, that is what I tried to tell you.) All the while, I’m sitting there waiting with all my grocery items and 7 kids in-tow while nothing is done on my behalf. I made an appointment to get a checkup today. The staff was polite and efficient, and I felt welcomed the whole time! They were knowledgeable about different sicknesses I could have, medicines to try, and local practitioners who could help with more complex issues. Jacobe was super friendly and made the entire experience fun even in the middle of sickness and pain. At the end of my appointment, she gave me a list of medicines to get from the in-store pharmacy and offered to call me at a later date to check how they were working out for me!
