The Little Clinic

The staff at the Little Clinic are unethical and unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment for my son at 4 pm (even though there were earlier spots).. My son's cough got worse, so I decided to go in person at 11:30 am. I registered and the wait time was 30 minutes. We waited 40 minutes for the nurse to come out and tell us and another patient waiting that we had later appointments, that there was only 1 provider and we should have gotten an email that our appointment was at 3pm (there were no more patients waiting, just us and the other said patient). We all left and the provider and her nurse had time for a longer lunch...

Dr. Kimberly Langford and the nurses were wonderful! I came in with an awful ear infection and they were all so helpful and kind. The visit was pleasant & quick and I really appreciated the empathy/sympathy the Dr and the nurses had. It's not every day that you really feel a Dr is genuinely concerned about you and your well being. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you ladies for lifting my spirits and helping me feel better while I was in town visiting my mom. May you have happy holidays and God Bless you! 🥰

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would!!!! I would NOT recommend this Clinic to anyone. I am 30 weeks Pregnant and was basically turned away for service because of that. It was obvious from the very beginning they were scared to even speak to me, much less treat me. I got at the clinic at 8am and was not brought back into a room until 9:38am. The nurse stated that I CLEARLY had a sinus infection... green mucus, red/white spotted SORE throat, head & nasal congestion, etc...but a strep test came back negative and they denied treating me with the antibiotics that I needed for the sinus infection... My 3 year old had strep a week earlier and I get sinus infections multiple times a year that always lead to strep if not treated early and definitely wouldn't be wasting 2 hours of my day

I took my daughter to the little clinic when she wasn't feeling well. The front desk lady was super nice and got us checked in quickly. We seen the Dr, who was awesome, very polite, and he took his time wth her and offered a variety of solutions for her illness. We use Kroger pharmacy so that was a plus having the clinic in the same building as the pharmacy. There was even a follow up call the next day to check on her!

I went in this morning and am very pleased with the results. The wait was a little long, but I didn’t realize you can make appointments ahead. They were friendly, efficient, and kind. I will return if I need quick care again.
