Will never go again. My first couple experiences here were fine. We were able to get an appointment for my kids at a reasonable time (we couldn’t get in with their pediatrician as soon and it’s an hour drive to get there anyway). They were pleasant enough, had a treasure chest the kids picked toys from after the appointment. We paid at the time of service, were billed a second time, but a quick phone call cleared it up easily. This last visit though…the first question is why I hadn’t taken my son to the ER. Yes, he’d had a fever of 103.8 the night before, BUT the ER doesn’t even recommend coming unless the fever is 105 OR there’s other obviously negative effects (such as seizures). I called this morning for an appointment for a kenalog injection. The man I talked to said no problem and made the appt for 4:00pm today. Took all my pertinent info and I got email confirmation of the appt instructions etc. I drove 45 minutes to get there arrived 15 minutes before my appt and checked in via the kiosk. When the lady came to the front desk she acknowledged me and my appt and said I need to talk to you. She proceeded to explain that they had no Kenalog injections available and as of a couple days ago they were notified that the clinic was no longer offering this service. As you can imagine I was a bit pissed off by this info. I explained I wish someone would have notified me I would have saved the 45 minute trip down here. I had a very disappointing experience at the Little Clinic in Prescott Valley with Virginia Greene. I tested positive for Flu A, and from the beginning I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I repeatedly explained that my lungs felt like they were on fire, that I was in significant chest pain, and that I was also experiencing sinus and ear pain. Despite this, she did not listen attentively, did not check my lungs, and did not swab me for strep, even though I am a mom of three young children who had recently been sick. Given my symptoms and exposure, I expected a more thorough evaluation. Throughout the visit, she appeared afraid to get close to me, almost as if she was worried about catching the flu herself, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional in a clinical setting. Wh

The got us in quick. My kids got pink eye from school and instead of having to wait in the ER they had an appointment same day and they were easy to work with. Highly recommended for the “little things” when the doctors offices are closed.

My seven-year-old son woke up Saturday morning with a fever and a sore throat. I contacted the Little Clinic inside the Fry’s located in Prescott Valley and the staff immediately got me in for an appointment. Upon arrival, Laura was amazing taking care of checking us in in a timely manner and getting my son to see the nurse practitioner Virginia. They both made my son feel at ease and treated him as if he was one of their own. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were only there for a short time and Virginia made sure we had our prescription was ready to go in minutes. I would highly recommend their location for your immediate needs.
