The provider was Eric and he was a joke. I have a serious digestive disease and have problems with absorbing nutrients and vitamins that we all need. He told me to go get injections at a med spa and pay $500 out of pocket for each vile needed and told me to take energy supplements (as if that is going to do anything for my issue) He also tried to tell me that living like I am is the same as living with cancer. And also tried to blame everything on menopause. Please get him out of there!! Someone is going to be seriously hurt!

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not waste your time or money here. Scheduling an appointment online means nothing. They make you still wait forever. Do not come here. It is a horrible place that is dirty with incompetent providers. Go down the street to Pickerington Urgent Care. Fast, clean and great providers.

I spent the week recovering from the flu and it was a bad bout of it. I needed prednisone for my asthma exasperation and I knew it. Not only did she listen and send the prednisone to my pharmacy she refilled my inhaler I had been overusing while sick. I was able to do a virtual visit so not to over exert myself. And I'm already breathing a lil easier and less exasperated. Sometimes I get push back when I discuss my asthma with providers that aren't familiar with my severe history with it. It usually ends with me admitted at the hospitial and missing even more work, and a lengthy recovery. So I would absolutely recommend this lil clinic.

kelby was very rude and unprofessional. he examined my ear lobe, said my piercing was not infected (and looked normal) even though it was visibly swollen, pink, and painful to touch. i asked if he was sure about my diagnosis and he said “feel free to get a second opinion. it’s not like i know what im talking about. i don’t even know why you came here anyways”. this greatly compromised my quality of care. i was uncomfortable with the outcome and the care i received so i went elsewhere and was diagnosed with an ear lobe infection. unfortunately one star is the lowest i can rate this place but i would not recommend going here.

Rude staff. I grabbed a 9:45am appt for my son. Got to Kroger & had issues finding parking, it was packed. By the time I walked thru the store to get there, it was 9:49. MA didn’t say hi, greet or anything. Just said, “Let me see if she’ll even see you because you’re LATE.” She goes back & several minutes later comes back & says, “We have a 5 min late policy & she said she won’t see you until 1015.” I said, if your policy is 5 minutes & I was here at 9:49, is that not 4 minutes, which is less than 5? In the time you guys took debating about 4 min, you could have just seen me. The MA got really nasty & rude with me, kept arguing about how their policy was 5 min & they were going to make me wait another half hour. Then, she stomps off to get the NP, who comes out & tells me that I was 4 minu
