Ohio State Outpatient Care Pickerington

Super nice staff. If you need bloodwork done they come to you in the room which is awesome. I was with CNP Cynthia, she was kind, knowledgeable and I would recommend her. 5 stars for the people and the service.

I went to the emergency room at 4am on a Saturday. I was greeted at the front desk to a nurse that was very un empathetic and gave off the impression she didn’t like her job. I sat in the lobby for approximately 10 minutes when my name was called from a triage nurse. At that point, my vital signs were taken. My temperature was taken. I was given a sheet of stickers and was asked to then go wait back out in the waiting room, while sitting out in the waiting room, I listened to a few other patients discuss how long they were there for and that they haven’t been seen. My entire time out in the waiting room never once did a nurse or a triage nurse come and check in on any of the patients that were waiting. I left without being seen at 7:40 in the morning after waiting since 4 AM and never spok

Everyone at Pickerington location were very nice & helpful. I love Dr. Bechtel & his staff. I’m so upset though that he will no longer be at Pickerington location after Feb 2025! I will not be able to drive to gahanna location & will have to find a different dermatologist. I’m so upset about that. Please keep the Pickerington location!!

Dr. Bechtel was attentive to my needs. He was courteous and timely. I would recommend him to everyone that needs his expertise.

Dr. Bechtel is always kind, professional, and thorough. My whole family highly recommends him if you need a dermatologist.
