The Little Clinic

Today I scheduled an appointment at the Little Clinic. The nurse assistant was very friendly and so was the NP. Both took their time asking questions and explaining things to me. I was happy that I could get in the same day and being met with a friendly staff. Thank you ladies

Woke up early feeling unwell. Schedule an 8:45 am appointment thinking that I would be seen on time because the clinic opens at 8:30 am. 51 minutes after my scheduled appointment they are taking a patient in front of me. The Braelinn location needs better management!

They wouldn’t open the door to the bathroom that is over there so my 4 year old could use it. Apparently “they’re not allowed.” So I had to walk with him to the complete opposite side of the store for him to use it. Thank goodness he didn’t have an accident, but it was close!

They administered the dual FLU/Covid test after the Federal mandate was stopped 5 months earlier which now is not covered under an Urgent Care environment. All they needed to do was offer the tests singularly but did not. Then when I called the Little Clinic cooperate, they refused to adjust the bill one penny. This was all around a poor experience and would not recommend this company or location.

The triage lady upfront would not check me into the system because she had to ask the doctor if I could be seen. After being there 20 minutes and 5 patients that where able to check in. She came back and said that they were busy. I told her that if I didn't have 102.6 fever I wouldn't be sitting here taking her time. She didn't apologize or anything. I found a better urgent care that was nice and efficient to see me. Treated my symptoms and got my medication there. Kroger will loose a lot of our business from now on.
