The Little Clinic

Great experience at the Little Clinic! The front desk nurse was nice. She asked me a few questions and then I sat down. Then I was called into the backroom for my vaccines. I got 2 that day and it went really smoothly. The nurse administrating them was kind and tried her best answering my questions. I don't have anything negative to say about it. Thank you!

Walked in at 4:32 and was told their system shuts down at 4:30 and they refused to see us. Yet their business hours are until 5 and they had no other patients there. Poor business model or crap lie for lazy people who refuse to stay 2 minutes after 5 to finish seeing us. Ridiculous. Stay away.

I can always get an appointment 7 days a week. They bill you for any copay and the longest I have ever waited was 25 minutes and it was waiting on another Dr to send info. But I felt heard and it's a thorough examination! My fave location is near Thomas Crossroads!!!

My grandson has been there numerous times and we always ask if the doctor is in network because they've had several new drs there. We were told that the Dr does take tricare prime but 2 months later we're getting a bill for over $300 because apparently she ain't in network. They had to have known when the paperwork was filled out and they were asked again is the Dr he is seeing today in network and they assured us he was. Called them today to talk to them and they say I dont know why you were told the Dr that day was in network and they should have let you know. Oh, and on top of that they told us today that we will probably get another bill from November because it hasn't been processed yet and insurance may not pay it since it's been so long.
