True Balance Center for Breath and Bodywork

I've had an amazing massage experience at True Balance. Rebecca's massage techniques are wonderful, I felt extremely relaxed, the light to moderate pressure I requested was perfectly performed. The ambience was warm and inviting. The hot towels on my back and feet were a pleasant surprised. The massage time was not rushed, it was well thought out and organized. I enjoyed it so much, I booked my husband's massage for next week, and a massage for us both near Valentine's Day. Relax and Unwind at True Balance, you won't regret it.

Today was my first time at True Balance, and I was so impressed. When you first walk in, the ambiance is so peaceful, and everything is so clean, inviting, and beautiful. I hadn't gotten a massage in over two years, so I was very excited and expectant, and Star exceeded my expectations. She was kind and jovial, and she has truly gifted hands. I had a 75-minute Swedish massage, and it was the best massage of my life. As her name suggests, Star is truly a star, so give her a try next time you need a massage. You won't regret it.

True Balance Center is a beautiful, peaceful and elegant space emphasized more by Ute's warm and inviting personality. I attended a group breathwork and sound bath class that was truly amazing. I highly recommend True Balance!
