The Little Clinic

So glad I had an appointment booked just to wait a whole hour and be told my serve symptoms aren't severe enough for prescribing correct medications. I told you I have a sinus infection. Without proper medications prescribed, I joyously await my symptoms getting worse. Thank Emily N. Helsley, CNP for not taking a thing I said seriously. Thank you for your nasty dagger looks and that eye roll the entire time I spoke to describe my symptoms. I know for a fact what illness I'm experiencing (an infection). For an "urgent care" you're not exactly urgent in the way you care. If I were a man you wouldn't have treated me the way you did Emily and you would've taken my (non viral, but rather infection) symptoms seriously. My symptoms would be gone tomorrow but they won't now thanks to your incompet

Seeing all the negative reviews, I was skeptical of being seen at The Little Clinic. This was my first time ever visiting The Little Clinic and I can tell you that my experience couldn’t have been better. I saw Nurse Practitioner Magdalene Hatton for issues with my Eustachian Tube that I had after a cold/virus. Magdalene was professional, caring and direct. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit The Little Clinic again in the future.

Was told I could be seen by the little clinic. Drove 20 minutes only to be told by the staff member that there's no time slots. Naturally all I received was a generic apology.

Do not see nurse practitioner Magdalene Hatton!! I have been seen by other nurse practitioners and they have all been great, but she is unprofessional and rude. She diagnosed me with the flu, less than a week later I called her back because my ear pain was not any better ( she documented that I had fluid behind my ear drum at my appointment) she refused to call in antibiotics. Said that I would need to be seen again since it had been 13 days, when I informed her I was seen 6 days ago she became very rude and condescending. Customer service rep told me that usually if it has been less than a week since your last appointment most providers will call something in based on previous exam. Magdalene said that the customer service rep didn’t know what he was talking about and there is no provider

I've been to this little clinic several times, when my regular doctor's fail me, and have always had great results. Most recently, I had a mouth sore. My dentist told me to see a dermatologist and the dermatologist said they don't look in mouths so I just went to the Little Clinic. It turns out it's just a canker sore. Magdalene Hatton was professional and very personable.
