Mercy Health Urgent Care, Lebanon

Bad pain around my right knee. Found Mercy Health had an urgent care very close to me in Lebanon OH.  Scheduled a visit 20 minutes in the future, very open schedule. Did all the paperwork online. Corinne saw me within minutes of my arrival. Very personable, very knowledgeable. I felt I got a good diagnosis, and was offered follow-up care as necessary. Very happy altogether.

I took my son to urgent care to check if he had strep. We were greeted by Sierra, MA who checked us in and took my son’s vitals. She was wonderful! The office is beautiful and had a clean and comfortable waiting area. My son saw Carinne, CNP, who examined him and also tested him for strep. She was very personable and professional and took time to answer any questions we had. Thank you for taking such great care of my son!! This place was great-I highly recommended them!!

I was beyond pleased with my experience! The receptionist was friendly and helpful with paperwork. My wait was blessedly minimal. The nurse was also friendly and efficient, and I adored the Nurse Practioner! She was thorough and caring, and the medication she gave me helped quite a bit. I was totally impressed!

Fast timing I was in and out very respectful and helpful staff! I saw the NP Carinne and MA Sierra both were understanding and listened to me. It’s always good to have respectful and fast care when sick and just wanting to get home to rest.

I received thorough care in a timely manner. My provider, Pat at Mercy Health Urgent Care was excellent! She explained my treatment well and answered all questions. The MA was so friendly and helpful! I could not have been more pleased with the care I received!
