100% of people I work with who went here were also double billed. Took 3 weeks of them insisting that nothing was an error on the bill just for them to admit it was an error. I'd give negative stars if I could. Don't go here unless you want to deal with their awful, terrible, no good billing department.

It was super easy to get an appointment same day, and I was seen right on time. The receptionist and practitioner were incredibly kind and helpful. 10/10

I went to the little clinic on 7/8 after having a bad rash all over my body for a couple weeks. I sat in the room for about 30-45 minutes waiting before the doctor saw me. She was helping another patient even though I had an appointment and arrived early for it. The girl who checked me in asked me lots of personal questions. Then once the doctor finally came in she asked me the same exact questions so that was a complete waste of time. Then she was locked out of her computer and was on the phone for about 10 minutes. She basically told me just to use gentle soaps and lotions to help it and prescribed me with a steroid. It was very rushed exam and she made me feel like they had no idea what I had. She never even gave me a sheet at checkout to explain what I had or how to treat it because sh

Poor listening skills and poor problem solving skills. We took our son in for sinus infection symptoms because he has been steadily getting worse for a few days. I have a long history of these and have never been able to kick them without antibiotics intervention. I understand the risks of antibiotic resistance; however, the practitioners refused to deviate from the narrative and listen to what we have been doing to treat his infection and gave us a recommendation to try what we've already been doing as if it was a new treatment plan. My frustration is mostly with the lack of active listening skills and an unwillingness to treat the patient, instead sounding like a textbook or ai response. If I needed that I'd have stuck with Gemini.

My feedback is about their billing which I would give one star for lack of transparency. My actual visit with the staff was great so I gave my overall review two stars. ALWAYS CALL about the bill you receive: I had a PPD placed and was told it was $29 for the placement (it’s an additional fee to read it later). The provider recommended trying to bill insurance first just in case it was covered. So I provide insurance info. Now I receive a $50 bill. I call and the representative tells me if you pay up front it’s a reduced price since it’s out of pocket BUT if they bill insurance and insurance doesn’t cover it then they send you what they billed insurance, aka, the higher amount. I say this was never disclosed and I will not pay that amount and then the rep says I’m not responsible for that
