We are traveling in two weeks. Went for vaccines. They were timely, helpful and transparent. We have a Dr but it's a great back-up plan. Highly recommend for routine.

I always have issues at this location They didn't update my insurance information last year, billed the wrong insurance, then turned me away today for a balance owed. I even updated my insurance in their portal multiple times. So I got turned away for their clerical error, because I refused to pay and deal with a reimbursement. I recommend going to any other little clinic location. Ive seen good physicians there but unfortunately the clerical staff is rude and a mess every time. Also note: I was on Medicaid for the billing I supposedly owe. It's illegal for them to charge me so now I'll be reporting them to the state for insurance fraud. Don't trust their billing! We made an apointment for 1pm, we got there on time and got checked in before our appointment time, but i stead of seeing us the doctor checked someone else in and took them back at 1pm. We sat in the waiting erea for 30 minutes before he saw us. And he wouldnt give us a discount or anything! Not happy about this at all, horrible service!

I really liked the Nurse Practitioner, Rebekah. However the patient portal won't let me in no matter what I do. They say they have called 3 times but I have no missed calls. I tried to call to speak to someone about my labs only to be told they would call today. Guess what? No call. Abnormal labs, no communication. The people that answer the phone are not helpful and borderline rude.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Kimberly Haapapuro at The Little Clinic and I am extremely impressed with her professionalism, compassion, knowledge, and expertise. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel valued and cared for. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of their work, from their promptness to their attention to detail. They were knowledgeable and skilled, providing me with accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. But what truly stood out was their compassion. They took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and offer support. I am grateful for their exceptional care and would highly recommend The Little Clinic to anyone in need.
