The Little Clinic

I’ve visited this clinic twice and had the same NP each time and had a wonderful experience. She is kind, thorough, and took time to understand my medical history and symptoms. She made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. I only wish I could use her as my Primary Care Dr.

I went to the Little Clinic today needing care while sick and was turned away because I did not have a physical copy of my insurance card, even though insurance information can be verified electronically. I even called my insurance company while standing there, and an agent offered to speak with the clinic to verify my active coverage; but Nurse Practitioner Teresa Strickland still refused to see me. She was extremely rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling uncared for when I was not well. Turning away a sick patient despite confirmed insurance coverage is unacceptable, and the lack of compassion was very disappointing. Wasted my time! I made an appointment for the B-12 shot. I arrive to my appointment to wait 30 minutes to be told they don't give that shot. I said it's on your website and made an appointment for that particular reason. Why wasn't I told that on the phone before blocking out time to arrive, sign documents, and wait to be turned around. I can see if I was a walk-in. Hopefully, someone will see this before wasting your time. I wished I could have seen the 2.1 score and went somewhere else. The shot nurse here I come!!!

It does not surprise me to see the poor reviews. I had an 8:30 am appointment last Friday and the Clinic never opened. The pharmacy was able to assist. I feel bad as I am sure they encounter many complaints as they are right next to the Little Clinic within Kroger. I never received any communication or apology regarding them never showing up for my missed appointment even though I was sent communication the day before to do an early check-in.

I appreciate the amazing customer service and speedy service I received from Kierra as well as the NP on staff.
