The Little Clinic

It was almost lunch time but Melissa and her staff found the time to see me before taking off to go eat. They are friendly, compassionate, and showed me some helpful tools to save money on my pharmacy bills. Yes, I know it’s not in the fancy Newport Kroger, but the Little Clinic here makes the trip to the Bellevue Kroger worth every minute. Thanks, Melissa!

I was impressed with the care I received here. Mariah spent time with me to diagnose my problem and come up with a solution. I made the appointment online and did not have to wait very long. Overall it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to visit this location again.

I had Terrikka McDonald and she + the check-in staff were so polite. At check-in and once getting into my room they profusely apologized for my wait - it was less of a wait than I’m used to even at a normal doctor’s office. They both listened thoroughly to all my symptoms plus asked follow ups and I felt not all rushed along like I usually feel in doctors offices. Terrikka explained what she was recommending in depth and why, even went so far as to walk me through the pharmacy to point out everything I needed - so above and beyond. I wasn’t expecting such a positive experience and am surprised the reviews aren’t higher.

My child was seen by APN Terrikka McDonald, our entire house had been very sick for several days at that point and we came to the little clinic to make sure we only had the flu. She came in took half a glance at my child's dry lips and said, "I see she is severely dehydrated". She asked what my child had been drinking I told her that she had been drinking water, apple juice, orange juice, and occasionally sprite really just anything to try and keep her hydrated. She told me "pop for kids is the equivalent to alcohol for adults" I've never ever heard that before. She told me my child's oxygen level was low extremely extremely low, it was at 97. She told me my child had pneumonia that her lungs sounded terrible, that she had a severe ear infection in her left ear and that she couldn't even

Good experience. I made an appointment online, did check in through my phone upon arrival, waited a reasonable 15 minutes, was diagnosed, and left within an hour. They were very helpful, everything was smooth, and they were certainly working hard to get through patients. I was pleasantly surprised based on other reviews.
