Kroger Pharmacy

Really disappointed with how I was treated. Pharmacist insisted I would not be able to afford the medicine I was prescribed, clarified if I wanted it multiple times. I had asked them to check my insurance on file due to getting a new card recently, politely, and then received a snarky response from the pharmacist, even though the lady on the register was actively telling me it was different than what my card said. I believe I was financially profiled by my appearance (it’s finals week in college, I am wearing PJ pants and it’s cold outside…). This made me feel very unsure about continuing to use this pharmacy for my prescriptions. Never been treated this badly before. To top it all off, on my way out, the spectrum rep asked me how I was, I said good, and before I could even ask how he was,

Friendly and helpful staff. It can get busy at times so be prepared to be patient.

Jessica was in incredibly helpful. She helped me get my son's insurance switched over to our new insurance over the phone. She then let me know what each Rx was going to cost, then found a coupon for me on an Rx that our new insurance didn't cover. That's customer service at it's best! When I got to the window to pick up my son's 3 Rx, she was the one who came to the window. It was nice to put a face (even masked) to the friendly voice that helped me. She knew I had a very sick child at home, so she got me out of there quickly. Five Stars for Jessica in the pharmacy!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I go to this pharmacy all the time and I like to say this is the first time this has happened but it's not. I went to the outside window, pressed the call button per usual and watched the technicians glance at me multiple times but did nothing to come to the window. I stood there while they took care of multiple customers and still never even pick up and said someone will be right with you. What's the point in offering window pick up if the technicians are never going to acknowledge the customer. I'm to the point that I think it's best to switch a different pharmacy

This pharmacy is by far the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever consistently dealt with. I sent my wife to pick up my prescription and was charged $100 for a prescription that normally costs me $15. I went back here after work to ask why we were charged $100 instead of $15 and was told that my wife didn’t ask to apply a coupon. Don’t get me started on the pharmacist…
