I had an excellent experience at this chiropractic office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr.Paul took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that made sense for my needs. I noticed a significant improvement after just a few visits—less pain, better mobility, and overall I feel so much better. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. The staff is amazing. Everybody knows you by name which makes the visit more personal. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care. They truly care about their patients and their well-being!

I went in for back pain related to a major sporting fall. My first visit consisted of an exam and X-rays. Josh was great and conducted a very detailed evaluation. However, I was told they needed time to review the X-rays before performing any adjustments. When checking in for my second appointment, I asked if I could receive a copy of the X-rays taken the day prior via email. The receptionist informed me they could not email them but could provide a CD. She acted as though this would be difficult and said it could take up to a week. She did assure me, however, that the doctor would review the X-rays with me. I keep copies of all my past X-rays and MRIs from previous injuries and like to maintain my own records, so I told her I would wait for now to see what the doctor said when he reviewe

This place is a very well-oiled machine. I’ve never had an issue getting someone on the phone, and on the rare occasion I couldn’t reach anyone, their automated system immediately texted me by name to let me know someone would call me back or that I could text for support. Every single time, someone has either called back promptly or replied to my message. They’ve also never given me any trouble with rescheduling, which I appreciate since I was going three times a week and needed flexibility. Inside the facility, the process is always smooth. Anytime I look unsure or like I might need help—no matter who is working—someone always steps in to assist and make sure I’m taken care of. We love Dr. Paul and Clermont Chiropractic! He does an amazing job helping our daughter, who is a high-level athlete. We appreciate the time he spends to make sure that she is receiving the best treatment. Definitely recommend!

I came in unable to stand up straight and very limited mobility with my arms and back and a lot of pain. Afterwards I was finally able to stand up straight with no pain. Dr Paul is AMAZING! The staff are so compassionate and very accommodating!❤️❤️❤️
