The Lev at Town Park

The staff is very family oriented. A lot of the staff has been in the building for along period of time 10 to 40 years. Long Jevity says a lot about a long term facility.

This nursing home is very gentle and kind to the seniors. Very attention to care and helpful. It can take some time getting into the facility from their gate but that means it’s extra secure and safe here. My aunt was a patient here and they rehabbed her back to being healthier and a bit stronger. She felt very comfortable here.

We have only great words for the facility. They take good care of our loved one who have multiple medical issues. The price is reasonable.Many of the staff come to work to make the patients and their families better. Special mention to Nurse Jarrid, transportation staff Carolyn, and amazing Tech Tony. Also I have to give Kuddos to Cyrena Hodge who helped with coordinating the transfer to the facility. She has an open door policy and makes herself available to us. She has a pleasant friendly demeanor and is very knowledgeable when it comes to available resources for positive outcomes. We can’t thank you all enough. Karl & Deborah Harris

My mother has been at the LEV for almost 3 yrs. I am very happy with care the team provides her. The Admin makes sure I can contact her if there is an issue. The Nursing staff calls me with any changes in her condition. I never smell any odors…. And the CNAs treat my mother with compassion and respect. It does not look like much but the care is definitely there…. Which is more valuable to me then anything…❤️❤️❤️ Social Services and Rehab are the best I ever seen !!!!!!
