The Lakes of Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center

“Caring, Clean, and Engaging Environment” The Lakes of Clermont in Clermont, FL has been a wonderful facility for my mom. The building is clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. I truly appreciate how engaged the staff is with the residents — from daily activities like movies and bingo to meaningful physical therapy sessions that keep them active and supported. My mom is always involved, encouraged, and treated with kindness. The activities bring her joy, and the environment feels safe and uplifting. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the facility could really benefit from additional staffing. The team works hard, but more support would make an already great place even better. Overall, it’s a very well-established and caring environment for loved ones. I’m grate

I've been here once and that was yesterday. I'm not giving it a 5 star because like I said ones isn't enough to give a full review. However, this place was unreal. I've never seen a rehabilitation center/nursing home this nice/clean. Ever! I can't rate the nurses other then the one my uncle had. I saw her once but she was nice. Sorry I didn't catch her name. Now I don't know how the nursing staff is with the other patients because I really didn't see any. Ever went to a place and you don't really see people? But you know people are there? That's this place. Again this place was super clean and had a nice outdoor patio.

I want to give double honor and kudos to the third floor. My mother Geneva Hampton Room 378 was in there for over a week as she had to have surgery. She came in on the 19th and she just went to Rehab on Friday. I want to say thank you to each and everyone that work with my mom first and second shift even the ones that came to clean the room the nurses, the CNA‘s assistant nurses and nurses the doctors assistant doctors the dietitian everyone that worked with my mom, they was so extremely nice and patient with my mom. They went above and beyond the call of their jobs they made my mom feel loved and so welcome thank you Southlake third floor. You all are so awesome. You all deserve the best that you can get even a raise I would tell anybody if they need a hospital to go to South Lake is the

Please read all the negative reviews listed on here. I wish I would have read them before agreeing to take my mother there. She has been in there only 3 days and they have been the worst days of her life. Each time, like in the other negative reviews posted on here, the staff says, "Give us a chance we will make it better." I was a fool to believe this the first 2 times. They tried to give her a vaccine that she was allergic to. Breakfast was served at 1030am. She was given eggs, which she is allergic to. She is diabetic and as of 11am she had not received her heart or diabetic medicine. Multiple times her call light has not been answered in over an hour each time. Staff said they will be right back and do not return. Admission staff has been totally rude when I discuss things with her. I

Our family had a great experience at Lakes of Clermont. The nurses and caregivers were caring, patient, and always ready to help. The facility staff listened, answered questions, and provided frequent updates throughout my father stay. The facility was clean and the environment was calm and welcoming. Thanks to the professionalism and compassion of the entire team.
