The Kid's Dentist

We used to love this office, but something has changed. Recently, the hours are unpredictable and they’re closed when they say they’re open, or they call and cancel because they don’t have enough hygienists to work. At our last appointment, Dr Chris pulled out my son’s tooth without warning him or even telling him it needed to be pulled. This was super traumatizing to him, and he now is very scared of going to the dentist. Today however was the last straw. All three of my kids had appointments at 8:30AM. We were even sent a reminder text from the practice. Nobody showed up, nobody answered the phone, and the office has been closed all day. We sat in the parking lot for an hour, my kids missed the morning at school, and nobody bothered to show up or even call us to cancel. We’re done.

Communication is awful. Made up an excuse that my child who was under the age of 16 at the time that he was too tall for their chairs and told us he had 9 cavities and to find a different dentist. So that's what we did. Found a new dentist. He only had 1 cavity that needed to be addressed NOT 9! I have been trying to reach someone for weeks now, to have my other child removed from their patient list, with no response and I keep getting reminders of up coming appointments.

Was supposed to have a dentist appointment for my child a few weeks ago when the Verizon network went down. It was fixed prior to his appointment. Instead of calling they let us show up with a note on the door that there phones are still not up and everyone has the flu. I said ok whatever. ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS and they are still not in the office or calling their clients.

Abruptly closed and did not return calls. Not able to obtain xray or receive deposit return on scheduled procedure. I had to resort to finding another provider after years of bringing my son to this office. So very disappointed!

We have always had a good experience with Dr. Chris and his staff. They have always been excellent with our special needs daughter. They are gentle, set aside extra time and staff to assist with her cleanings, our daughter is on the difficult side. As a parent of a special needs child, is very important to find a practice that you feel comfortable with, they meet those needs. Thank you very much Dr. Chris and staff.
