The Kensington

Very poor experience, the manager of the kitchen/dietary of this senior citizen living complex had no morals or values as she publically laughs at people on Facebook who are dying and essentially is laughing at people for asking others to pray for their loved one who's dying. I know one thing I wouldn't trust the nourishment or health of my loved one knowing that the person in charge of it is evil.

Went to a wedding reception that was hosted in the ballroom. The room was great for a crowd of 150 people. There's also a beautiful chandelier in the middle of the room. The whole place smelled like stale smoke; I thought it really detracted from the rest of the ambiance.

My mother moved in a month ago and has made many friends. She loves the activities, food, and staff (Stefanie, Mary, and the RN Bess have been outstanding). We highly recommend The Kensington.

It is a retirement apartment. Very nice Located downtown. It was a very eloquent hotel. It has a wide variety of recreation. Good food. Connected to a theater and library.
