The Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute - Bayview

This place is a joke. Was asked to come in 1/2 hour early. Then instead of waiting for a 1/2 hour to see doctor, had to wait and hour. Told to make an appointment for another specialist with receptionist, except no receptionist. Waited another 10 minutes. I've also had a doctor from here cancel an appointment after giving me grief for wanting to see my cardiologist.

I thoroughly appreciate all the staff I have come in contact with. Professional, great customer service every time. Dr. always took time to answer any questions in a manner that's easy to understand. I will continue my eye care right here.
