I have had massages for many years.. I was hesitant to have one 3 weeks before my 3rd back surgery but Michele assured me she had worked with other patients with similar back issues. I left the session feeling better physically & spiritually. She educated me on my body & helped with the anxiety I have about the upcoming surgery. I booked another appt for a week before my surgery!!

I had a deep tissue massage with Elisha a few weeks back. I have some lower back issues so when I am in need of a massage, I don't care to sit in a car and I was so excited to find a place so close to my house. She was able to get me back to my baseline. The energy was great and she listened to everything I was concerned about and applied the pressure I was looking for for each problem area. I simply couldn't find my words to even express how grateful I was when I was leaving. That's how good it was! Losing my words because my body is feeling better is such a blessing. My husband and I absolutely LOVE Michelle. Her intuitive coaching sessions are the best. We always leave feeling more focused and have a greater sense of clarity about the things going on in our lives. Her office is super calming. We can't wait to try a massage next!

Michelle is amazing! Her spa is so neat and clean. During Covid I felt very comfortable. Her skills to get to the root of your problems is the best I have found. I had the most amazing massage today. The Innate in You is beautiful inside and very calming. Elisha was able to release multiple muscle locks in my back that others could not. The full body massage was the ultimate in relaxation and I found I drifted off several times. I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend The Innate In You to everyone.
