Always a positive and healing experience🙏🏻 The service provided me was no less than I expected. Jonathan’s explanations for prescribed exercises were clear, and he took the time to demonstrate them, assuring that they would be done correctly. The handouts provided are also helpful, and I continue to refer to them when doing my daily workouts. Doing my last session Jonathon once again took measurements to mark my overall improvement since beginning therapy. I will continue to do the prescribed exercises daily knowing they will eventually lead to complete healing. It is also important to note that Jonathon was a good listener and gave me additional recommendations for exercise beyond the information in the handouts.

Jonathan at Gilford Physical Therapy is incredible knowledgeable in his career i felt he knew exactly what he was talking about and the receptionist staff was amazing. Called to remind me to complete my paperwork online prior to my first appointment which was really good as I spaced it. Highly recommend this office for any physical therapy needs.

All 4 therapists I worked with initially had good ideas and were competent. I found Jon to be the best fit for me. His method of evaluating and correcting issues with muscle systems that connect to my area of injury gave me a better, more comprehensive way to heal. Very grateful for his holistic approach.
