Shameful practice. I wouldn't even call it a practice. Putting people's lives a risk . This place has absolutely no accountability or communication skills. I would rather be seen by a real Doctor and a real office setting. And pay an enormous amount of money then have to deal with these people, which is what I have chose. Only use this place if you have a lot of patience. And if you plan on spending. 70% of your time coming into the office. As no one likes to answer voicemails or do callbacks. This should be a last case last resort option

So I gave this 3 stars bc the supporting staff can be challenging....mainly the customer service department. Usually you get rude, untrained, and incompetent front desk staff that either delay or give wrong information. 5 stars to Dr.A though... He is amazing. They have a new Director, so hopefully he can spur some change. Starting with front desk management on down 👇. A resource that lacks the communication and logistical compacity to get the job done. Pick up your phones! The only clinic in town I can go to and y’all say our health is important but yet nobody can even schedule an appointment with your office! Me and my social worker in California have called back to back all week long & you can’t even return a call! I’m running out of my meds and when I’m out & this virus within me mutates & the meds quit working because of your lack of professionalism & aiding there will be a lawsuit. Do your jobs & help your patients. I’ll contact y’all osha the city or whoever I have to in order to have something done about this problem if it goes without resolution.

If I could could give no stars... Not sure what is going on. HOWEVER, I will find out who provides their funding and see if they know that the Hope Ctr is a waste of space. It’s now my 2021/2022 agenda to ensure that their funding is terminated - given to a worthy cause/group. The Hope Center is a complete joke. I have given them my information three different times in the space of 4 months and each and every time I follow up with them; because they do not return calls, they have no idea who I am.

The Dr.'s are excellent how some workers in the social work are very slack called 4 times in the last 2 weeks left all information recording said contact in 24 hrs , but 2 weeks and nothing.
